28 May A great way to start a call
Sebastian is in a new school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. His teacher called me today at around 2pm. Her first words?
“Hi Christina. This is Jan and Sebastian is fine and there is no emergency. I’m calling to let you know I’ll be home by 3:30 if you want to come by then.”
I loved it. She knows that a mom sees her caller id and instantly worries that something is wrong. So she starts with IT IS ALL GOOD AND NO WORRIES.
