I have received a few questions of late about “How to avoid Conflict.”
Don’t.
Simple advice. The avoidance of conflict leads to bigger conflict later or projection. Tiny little conversations can reduce stress, distractions and blow-ups.
Talk more. Have more conversations.
In your mind, look for ways you are wrong. A best friend tells us when we have spinach in our teeth. An enemy let’s us go out on a date with it.
